My recommendation: Blogger is recommended for beginners as it is absolutely free, you will get a free SSL certificate and hosting. Otherwise in WordPress, you have to buy hosting which will be expensive at the initial stage. Therefore I am recommending using Blogger. Blogger is a platform provided by Google.

After choosing a platform, Open an account with such a platform where you will start blogging and you have to do some SEO Setting which is very beneficial to rank your post on google and also beneficial at the time of getting approval from Google Adsense.

Top-Level Domain is recommended

For getting approval from Google Adsense, you have to need a top level domain such as .com, .in, etc. Google Adsense will grant approval only on blogs that are linked with top level domains. 

Apart from this, you will also have to prepare certain mandatory pages in your blogs such as Privacy policy, Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Contact us, About us, and Sitemap.

Start Writing content based on your chosen niche

You have to post at least 20 to 25 original posts (without copying from any other website) and such post is having at least 300 words. You can also start by a simple plain language and just to express or explain the content in your own language. 

Submit your Blog for Review

After that, you can submit your blog to Google Adsense for review so that Google Adsense will review your blog and grant you approval for placing ads on your website. This process might take 3 to 7 days from the date of sending your blog for review by Google Adsense.

It is possibly a chance where Google Adsense rejected your approval for violating or not complying with Google Adsense policies. You should not be a worry for the same as you can re-submit your blog for another review after correcting such error.

What if Google Adsense will not approve your blog

There are some instances or content which Google does not allow and it violates Google-friendly advertisers' policy.
