Manager - Finance & Accounts[Gurugram]

Annual Salary of the Job: 3.00 - 4.50 Lacs

Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram, New Delhi

Hiring a Manager for Finance & Accounts for our corporate office. This role is to manage monthly/ annual financials for our sister concern "Envent World" but on our payrolls. 

We’re looking for someone with great credentials and a lot of energy to do things and learn and innovate, and someone who desires to stay and grow with us for a long time.

Role & Responsibilities

1) Oversee all accounting processes to ensure that all financial data is maintained perfectly for the purposes of compliance and for management MIS.

2) Ensure completeness of records. Monthly closure of books of accounts.

3) Preparation of monthly financials and other MIS, as per management requirements.

4) Manage all statutory processes for GST, TDS and foreign remittances.

5) Responsibility for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audits and final ownership for producing annual financials such as Balance Sheet, P&L, Tax Filings & the annual report.

6) Work with the Company Secretary to ensure compliance to secretarial processes and requirements.

7) Involved in Financial Planning & Analysis

8) Work with Banks & NBFCs to arrange working capital, lines of credit, bill discounting facilities etc.
