Job Description:

Complete ownership of the Compliance process and handling of all end-to-end statutory & compliance activities of PAN India

Complete knowledge of all the CTC structure components and how to create fully compliant CTC structures

End-to-End knowledge of UAN numbers generation and PF challan and ECR process

End-to-End knowledge of ESIC number generation, ESIC Card generation and ESIC challan and ECR process

Complete knowledge of PT, LWF, CLRA filings/return filings

Complete knowledge of creation and maintenance of Muster Rolls, Wage Register, Leave Register, Form A, B, C, D and other statutory compliance documents

Knowledge of labour laws including, but not limited to, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, LWF Act, ESIC Act, EPF Act, Maternity Benefit Act
